  • That drone flights or manned aviation operations will be possible in all conditions (subject to FAA rules, weather, permissions, etc.).

All services are performed in compliance with applicable laws, including FAA Part 107 for commercial drone operations (where relevant). Clients are responsible for providing necessary site access, permissions, and safety information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
